Fabrication Manager will be responsible for managing production schedules, ensuring quality standards, and supervising the team. Your responsibilities include:
- Monitoring welding and fabrication processes
- Implementing and maintaining quality control systems
- Optimizing production efficiency
- Ensuring compliance with safety procedures
- Coordinating with other departments to meet project deadlines efficiently
To excel in this role, you should have the following qualifications:
- Proven Supervisory Skills, including team management and leadership capabilities
- Strong knowledge of Quality Control principles and ensuring adherence to standards
- Expertise in Production Management and Operations Management to maintain a streamlined workflow
- Proficiency in Welding techniques and processes specific to fabrication work
- Strong organizational and problem-solving skills with a focus on efficiency
- Excellent communication skills and the ability to work collaboratively in a team-oriented environment
- Experience in the steel industry or a related manufacturing environment is a plus
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent in Mechanical Engineering, Industrial Engineering, or a related field preferred
