Job description:

Supervise daily fabrication operations and production schedules

Implement Lean Manufacturing and Six Sigma principles to optimize workflows

Coordinate with engineering and design teams to interpret technical drawings

Ensure compliance with safety regulations and quality control standards

Manage procurement of materials and inventory levels

Lead and mentor fabrication staff, fostering a culture of continuous improvement

Monitor KPIs and drive corrective actions to meet performance goals

Collaborate with other departments to align fabrication with broader project objectives

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: Up to ?75,000.00 per month
