Role Overview:

We are looking for an experienced

Fabrication In-Charge

to manage our fabrication unit for heavy machinery components( sheet thickness above 70 mm), ensuring efficiency, quality, and timely delivery.

Key Responsibilities:

Lead daily operations of the fabrication shop for large-scale machinery components. Interpret engineering drawings & allocate work to team members. Supervise welding, structural fabrication, and sheet metal work. Coordinate with design, CNC, and assembly departments for seamless production. Ensure compliance with quality & safety standards. Monitor material usage and reduce wastage. Train and mentor fabrication team members for skill enhancement.

Candidate Profile:

Experience:

10-15 years in heavy engineering/machinery fabrication, with leadership experience. Strong technical knowledge of welding & fabrication processes. Proven ability to meet production targets under tight deadlines. Preference given to candidates from

similar heavy machinery manufacturing industry

. Bachelor's/Master's degree in Mechanical, Production, or Industrial Engineering (preferred) or welding certified. Strong knowledge of

production planning, SAP systems, and process optimization

. Excellent leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
