To execute the fabrication work of Thermal Turbine and Generators parts with highest level of safety, quality and productivity by using 4M-man, method, material, machine , and Digital automation effectively. Production schedule control by measuring and analyzing work output using PDCA cycle To ensure quality control during manufacturing to avoid rework by using 7Q tools, 3H Japanese technique. To ensure availability of shop tools and tackles, welding machine, positioner, CNC cutting machine, rolling machine, press machine, furnace, Blasting and Painting facility by working closely with shop team, Manufacturing and Plant engineering dept. To ensure safe work environment by using BBS technique, controlling unsafe act and unsafe condition, doing Hazard Identification and Risk assessment ( HIRA) related to different work processes and activities. To ensure effective implementation of IMS systems : ISO 9001, 14001,45001, 50001 by periodic review and actions. * To develop workmen , apprentice, staff according to the skill matrix and staff competency matrix requirement by on the job or institutional trainings.
