Job Summary

The

Fabrication Manager

will be responsible for

planning, managing, and controlling all fabrication activities

related to electrical control panels and enclosures. The role requires strong expertise in mechanical fabrication processes, team management, and coordination with design and production teams to ensure timely delivery and quality standards.

Key Responsibilities

Lead and oversee

fabrication operations

for electrical control panels and enclosures. Plan and schedule fabrication activities to meet project timelines. Ensure adherence to

quality standards, safety protocols, and industry specifications

. Supervise and guide fabrication teams, welders, and technicians. Coordinate with design, production, and procurement teams for smooth workflow. Monitor material usage, reduce wastage, and optimize resource utilization. Conduct inspections and resolve fabrication issues promptly. Maintain documentation of fabrication processes, reports, and compliance records. Drive continuous improvement initiatives in fabrication techniques and productivity.

Required Skills

Strong knowledge of

fabrication processes for electrical control panels and enclosures

. Hands?on experience in

sheet metal fabrication, welding, and assembly

. Ability to read and interpret

engineering drawings and technical specifications

. Proficiency in

MS Office, ERP systems, and fabrication documentation

. Excellent leadership, communication, and problem?solving skills. Experience in managing large fabrication teams and projects.
