Key Responsibilities:
- Process Planning: Develop manufacturing plans, including specific sequencing with process and tooling requirements.
- Design and Development: Design and develop fabrication processes for new and existing products, evaluating and improving manufacturing efficiency and quality.
- Collaboration: Work with cross-functional teams, including design, production, and quality assurance, to ensure seamless integration of fabrication activities.
- Quality Control: Verify structural integrity, troubleshoot defects, and ensure compliance with specifications.
- Safety Compliance: Enforce safety protocols, use of PPE, and adherence to OSHA standards.
- Cost Management: Monitor process yields and costs, recommend and implement quality improvements.
