Preparation and execution of Fabrication shop plan - Monthly. To monitor work progress by PDCA method and finalize the job handover dates to machine shop/assembly shop To set the target for LE & OE and TQM parameters and plan to achieve the parameters To ensure no waiting time by availability of shop resources: tooling, fixtures, measurement instruments, machines To review the Process planning sheet (PPS) and Quality assurance plan (QAP) of the jobs Doing project delay analysis: plan vs actual, finding reasons for delays using PDCA method. Doing brainstorming with Manufacturing and QC section for process improvement and control. To achieve the EHS objective by controlling unsafe acts and unsafe conditions and periodic reviews of HIRA. Controlling usage/shop disposal of hazardous waste like oil-soaked cotton, plastic, chemical cans, paint drums

Achieving the target of Safety by enhancing 5S score and SPI- Safety Performance Index at shop floor & office.
