Degree or Diploma in Mechanical Engineering with 1-2 years of experience in fabrication or sheet metal industry.
Able to lead the workforce
Able to read the engineering and fabrication drawings and interpret
Coordinate with quality, stores, planning and other relevant departments for the smooth operations.
Achieve the daily fabrication / production target.
Should have an understanding of fabrication/production processes such as cutting, welding, forming, fitting, and machining activities.
Understanding of the various welding processes, finishing processes.
Knowledge of various materials used, welding consumables used will be an added advantage.
Ensure that the fabrication activities follow the workplace safety standards.
Proficiency in Autocad (optional but prefered)
Familar with CNC cutting (plasma/laser) would be added advantage.
