ThirumullaivoyalKey Responsibilities:
Prepare
fabrication drawings
for:RO skids, pressure vessels, filter housings, dosing systems, storage tanks,
andpiping layouts
.Civil interface drawings
andGA (General Arrangement) layouts
for plant installation. Developdetailed 2D and 3D CAD drawings
from design inputs and process diagrams (P&IDs). GenerateBill of Materials (BOM)
, cutting lists, and material specifications for fabrication. Ensure designs comply withASME / IS / fabrication and welding standards
. Coordinate withprocess, mechanical, and electrical teams
to integrate system layouts. Review and revise drawings based onclient feedback or site modifications
. Support the production/fabrication team withclarifications
and ensure drawing accuracy. Maintain properdrawing documentation and revision control
. Work closely with theprocurement and project
teams for fabrication feasibility and material availabilityExperience:
2-5 years in fabrication drawing and detailing forRO plants, ETPs, STPs, or similar water treatment systems
.Software Skills:
AutoCAD (2D & 3D essential)Job Type: Full-time
