Job Description

Key Responsibilities:

1. Inventory Management

Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of inventory using ERP or inventory management software. Monitor stock levels regularly and initiate reorders to prevent stockouts or excess inventory. Conduct periodic physical stock audits and reconcile any discrepancies promptly.

2. Store Operations

Supervise the receiving, storage, and dispatch of raw materials efficiently. Ensure all incoming and outgoing materials are properly documented and meet quality and safety standards. Maintain proper labeling, stacking, and segregation of inventory for easy identification and retrieval. Coordinate with production, procurement, and logistics teams to ensure smooth material flow across departments.

3. Team Management

Lead, train, and motivate store personnel to achieve operational excellence. Assign tasks, monitor staff performance, and ensure adherence to company policies and safety guidelines. Promote a culture of continuous improvement and compliance with standard operating procedures (SOPs).

4. Compliance & Documentation

Maintain accurate records of all store transactions including GRNs (Goods Receipt Notes), MRNs (Material Return Notes), issue slips, and dispatch notes. Ensure full compliance with internal audit protocols, statutory norms, and organizational policies. Prepare and submit daily, weekly, and monthly inventory reports for management analysis.

5. Safety

Maintain store premises in a clean, safe, and well-organized condition at all times. Enforce safety norms related to material handling equipment and hazardous material storage. Conduct periodic inspections of material storage conditions, racks, and store infrastructure to ensure operational safety.

Pay: ₹40,000.00 - ₹55,000.00 per month
