Experience: 3-6 years | export

We're looking for a sharp and proactive sourcing professional to support our design and production teams by finding exceptional fabrics, managing supplier relationships, and ensuring timely, quality-driven sourcing across collections.

Key Responsibilities

Source good fabrics and trims for RTW lines (India + selective international).

Coordinate sampling, swatches, and developments as per design briefs and seasonal mood boards.

Maintain strong vendor relationships and negotiate pricing, MOQs, and timelines.

Track sourcing status to ensure on-time deliveries for sampling and production.

Maintain an organized fabric library, supplier list, rate cards, and purchase records.

Support sustainable and responsible sourcing practices.

What You Bring

3-6 years in fabric sourcing with a export house.

Good knowledge of textiles like georgette, satin , crepe, tulle, cottons, linin, dennims, laces etc

Strong communication, negotiation, and vendor management skills.

Detail-oriented, organized, and comfortable working in a fast-paced, design-led environment.

Nice to Have

Exposure to mills, manufacturers, traders, wholesale markets / vendors or sourcing trips.

Experience with craft fabrics (smaller MOQ').

Interest in fabric innovation.
