Profile: Sampling Coordinator

Key

Job Role Includes:

Manage development of samples (fit, size set, proto, shoot). Track and update sample status regularly. Maintain a clean, labeled, and organized sample library. Coordinate with design, production, and vendors. Communicate sample timelines and approvals to buyers/clients. Ship samples for shoots, clients, events; manage returns. Prepare sample reports and share availability with teams. Fulfill urgent sample requests internally and externally. Support marketing and sales with necessary samples.

Qualifications:

Bachelor's in Fashion, Business, or related field 1-3 years in sampling/production coordination (preferred) Experience in fashion/textile or export industry is a plus
