Costing & Negotiation:
Negotiate prices with suppliers, prepare costing sheets, and manage budgets for materials.
Sampling:
Coordinate lab dips, fabric samples, and garment samples for buyer approval.
Production Coordination:
Create production plans, maintain master schedules, and follow up on all stages from sample to shipment.
Quality Control:
Ensure fabrics and production meet quality standards, often involving pre-shipment inspections.
Communication:
Act as a central hub, liaising with buyers, design teams, factories, and suppliers.
Documentation:
Prepare purchase orders, booking sheets, and other essential paperwork.
