Role Summary:
We are looking for a skilled and detail-oriented
Fabric Merchandiser
to manage fabric sourcing, client coordination, and order follow-ups. The ideal candidate should have strong knowledge of fabric types, vendor communication, and end-to-end merchandising operations.
Key Responsibilities:
Coordinate with clients and vendors for fabric development, sampling, and approvals.
Monitor order execution from fabric sourcing to dispatch, ensuring timely delivery.
Liaise with the production and quality teams to maintain fabric standards.
Keep updated records of orders, pricing, fabric inventory, and sampling.
Build and maintain strong vendor and buyer relationships.
Stay informed about fabric market trends, innovations, and sourcing channels.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
3-5 years of relevant experience in fabric merchandising.
Strong understanding of different fabric types, dyeing, and finishing processes.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Good knowledge of Microsoft Excel and documentation.
Organized, proactive, and capable of multitasking.
