Check fabric quality, shade, and quantity during inward and outward movement.
Maintain accurate fabric inventory records in Excel/ERP.
Coordinate with merchandisers, sourcing, and production teams for fabric requirements.
Follow up with suppliers and mills for timely delivery of fabric.
Ensure proper fabric storage, labeling, and handling to avoid damage.
Plan fabric issuance to cutting and monitor fabric utilization and wastage.
Prepare daily and weekly fabric stock reports.
