Roles & Responsibilities - Fabric Follow-Up

Coordinating with fabric mills, dyeing units, and processing houses to ensure timely fabric development and bulk production. Following up on fabric knitting/weaving, dyeing, printing, and finishing processes as per production timelines. Monitoring fabric quality parameters such as GSM, shade consistency, shrinkage, color fastness, and defects. Ensuring fabric approvals (lab dips, strike-offs, handlooms) are obtained before bulk production. Tracking fabric in-house status and updating merchandisers and production teams regularly. Identifying and resolving fabric-related issues, delays, or shortages to avoid production impact. Coordinating fabric testing and ensuring compliance with buyer quality standards. Maintaining proper documentation for fabric purchase orders, delivery challans, and inspection reports. Supporting cost control by negotiating with suppliers and minimizing fabric wastage. Working closely with merchandising, sampling, and production departments to meet delivery schedules. Preparing daily and weekly fabric status reports for management review.

Pay: ₹16,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
