About the Role

We are looking for an experienced

Fabric Follow-up Executive

with knowledge of

knitted garments

to join our team. You will be responsible for monitoring fabric orders, coordinating with suppliers, and ensuring timely delivery of materials to meet production schedules. The ideal candidate will have

2-5 years of experience

in the textile/garment industry, particularly with knitted fabrics.

Responsibilities

Follow up with suppliers to ensure timely delivery of knitted fabrics and materials. Track fabric inventory and coordinate with the production team to avoid delays. Maintain records of fabric orders, deliveries, and pending shipments. Ensure fabric quality and specifications meet company standards. Proactively resolve supply issues and minimize production disruptions. Liaise with procurement and production teams for smooth workflow.

Experience & Qualifications

2-5 years of experience in fabric follow-up or procurement, preferably in knitted garments. Strong knowledge of knitted fabric types, specifications, and garment production requirements. Excellent coordination and communication skills. Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and ability to follow up consistently. Ability to work in a fast-paced production environment.

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
