Track fabric development, sampling, and bulk fabric production
Coordinate with merchandising, sourcing, and production teams
Ensure on-time fabric delivery as per production schedule
Monitor fabric consumption, shrinkage, and wastage
Verify fabric quality, GSM, width, color shade, and lot consistency
Follow up for fabric test reports (color fastness, shrinkage, etc.)
Maintain fabric inward, outward, and stock records
Handle fabric rejections, claims, and replacements
Update daily fabric status reports to management
Coordinate fabric inspection and approvals
Ensure compliance with buyer requirements and standard
