Rinwera Designs is hiring a

Fabric Department Manager

for our Bhiwandi unit to manage all fabric-related operations for ethnic garment production. The ideal candidate should have strong experience in

fabric sourcing, inventory control, vendor coordination

, and a good understanding of ethnicwear textiles.

Key Responsibilities:

Source and procure fabrics as per design and production needs Maintain inventory records and ensure timely availability of fabric stock Coordinate with suppliers, mills, and processing units (dyeing/printing) Oversee fabric inspections and quality control before issuing to production Track fabric consumption and manage reordering as required Liaise with design, merchandising, and cutting teams for smooth planning Supervise storage and internal distribution of fabrics within the unit

Requirements:

3+ years of experience in fabric management or sourcing Strong understanding of ethnicwear fabrics (cotton, rayon, viscose, silks, etc.) Knowledge of dyeing, printing, and finishing processes Proficient in Excel and inventory tracking systems Strong vendor management and follow-up skills
