The Facade Project Manager will be responsible for the planning, coordination, and execution of facade-related works at our project sites. This includes managing teams, coordinating with various departments, ensuring quality standards, and delivering the project within timelines.
Key Responsibilities:
? Manage multiple contractors and ensure smooth coordination on-site.
? Coordinate with design, procurement, fabrication, and execution teams.
? Monitor and track project progress vs. baseline schedule.
? Identify delays or deviations and act accordingly.
? Guide contractors, interpret technical drawings, and ensure correct execution.
? Attend progress meetings and share facade status updates.
? Ensure quality of work and efficient use of manpower.
? Provide necessary tools and resources as per project needs.
? Keep work fronts ready in advance to avoid delays.
? Coordinate with clients to understand requirements and expectations.
? Communicate machinery and material needs at least 3 days in advance.
? Ensure timely procurement and support from the client.
? Handle daily on-site issues and maintain productivity.
Qualifications :
? Diploma or Degree in Civil or Mechanical Engineering.
? Minimum 5 years of site execution experience in: Glass installation, Stone work ,GRC, Facade systems , Fabrication, Civil and finishing works.
? Understanding of fabrication and facade installation sequences.
? Experience in dry stone cladding, glass, GRC, and unitized panel systems.
? Background in construction or manufacturing is a plus.

? Excellent project management and multitasking ability.
? Strong communication, coordination, and problem-solving skills Proficient in: AutoCAD, MS Excel English (spoken and written)
? Attention to detail and quality assurance.
? Skilled in expediting, inspection, and logistics coordination
