Roles and Responsibilities
Key Result Areas:


Evaluating project estimates in coordination with the Project Team to minimize and gain a comprehensive
understanding of all aspects including conditions, requirement, deliverables and risk
Directing effective execution of project related activities under senior management guidance
Planning and scheduling all major project activities to ensure successful completion of project in the timely manner
Optimizing project resources to ensure cost effectiveness while maintaining high standard of quality and safety in
accordance with client requirement & company policies
Facilitating execution of inspection and testing plans in a timely manner and in accordance with project specification,
drawing, submittal & other relevant parameters
Organizing follow-up meetings with various departments, consultants, client representatives and suppliers
Reviewing submittal and approval of sample, method statement, shop drawings, schedule and program, progress
report and monthly payment submitted from subcontractors
Coordinating closely with Planning Engineer to schedule and plan all project activities in line with master program
Preparation of Payment Certificate against Contractor running & final bills submission as per contract terms & condition
Measurement verification at site with respect to Contractor Claims
Rate Analysis for Non tendered items
Quantity take off as per the Tender/GFC/Shop drawings
Preparation of Variation statement for Tendered & Non Tendered items
Preparation of Change Order in accordance with the existing BOQ
Evaluating variation & claims
Coordination between Contractor, Project team and Design Consultants
Regular meetings with major sub-contractor on a regular basis to review progress, discuss problems and considered
necessary changes
Maintaining an audit file for each contract which will include original contract, all correspondence, changes/deviations,
amendments, clarifications, payment schedules
Preparation of handing over documents for final bill closure
