Job Description

Role Name: Transformation Lead (Must Have + Key Responsibilities) for Transformation: o Actively originate and shape digital opportunities for the customer with inputs from functional experts o Manage transformation road map for opportunity identified at local and global scale. o Work with alliance partners / managers to assess applicability and usage of various products and partnerships to deliver greater value through transformation o Work closely with the team to create and deliver tailored product demonstrations, POCs and techno functional presentations that address specific customer needs o Act as a bridge between IT Business and presales teams effectively translating between technical requirements and business needs o Act as a transformation advisor to key prospects and customers providing strategic insights into how digital finance solutions can solve their business challenges o Track and analyze performance metrics to continuously improve digital strategies and processes for finance solutions o Ensure governance around transformation projects delivery and realization o Establish a transformation measurement framework along with ways of working o Guide project / process teams on the correct approach to define and deliver on transformation milestones o Recommend enhancements to the current projects to deliver greater value o Liaise with other Transformation Leads and processes on best practice and lessons learned Functional knowledge with experience in transforming finance / HR business functions mandatory. Skill and Experience: o Strong understanding of digital technologies including AI, Data analytics, and enterprise architecture as they may apply to the finance/HR teams o Experience in transformation and consulting within finance and accounting solutions o Strong analytical skills, detail oriented, flexible and take additional responsibilities when needed o Outstanding communication and presentation skills with the capacity to explain complex concepts to diverse audiences in finance and accounting o Excellent leadership and team management skills o Proficient in MS office and with specific concentration in MS Excel o Adaptability to lean new processes, concepts and skills with an eye for details o Should have led large strategic project end to end including conceptualization, implementation and realization o Visionary mindset with the ability to anticipate future technological trends and impact on the F&A processes o Strong problem solving skills and a practical approach to finding pathways from current to target states in finance transformation o Collaborative spirit, able to work effectively across various departments and levels of the organization Expectations from Role/ Details for Candidate Briefing: This position is crucial in driving the adoption of emerging technologies in the pre sales process for finance solutions. Leading transformation strategies for finance in the sales cycle.Responsible for identifying + driving opportunities identified for transformation across the customer in-scope processes within the Country Collaborate with Cross functional teams - delivery, Solutions, various technical teams to drive build, test, & deploy Designing innovative solutions and demonstrations Strong understanding of business transformation, digital, software build and change delivery Strong ability to work with both business and technology stakeholders Competency Details - E1 or E2 Business acumen; Result orientation; Communication; Interpersonal skills; Customer centricity; Creativity & innovation; Time management
