o Responsible for preparation of Transfer Pricing Documentation Country to country for complex entities and review team members' work. o Prepare and review the Transfer Pricing Workpapers and related activities. o Provide support with any Transfer Pricing Documentation and Audit related queries. o Oversee and monitor Transfer Pricing Documentation activities performed. o Must have experience in Bech Marking o Experience with preparation of CBCR report.
o Experience in Accounting Automations and Writing Basic Macros. o Experience with preparation of management file o Experience with Royality Models.
Primary Duties: o Manage end-to-end delivery of all Transfer Pricing related processes. o Identify day-to-day issues and resolve in consultation with the customer. o Ensure all relevant controls are in place with respect to day-to-day activities. o Arrange for periodic training to the staff to be aware of the changes in the policies and procedures as well as customer specific changes.
Secondary Duties: o Cultivate and maintain relations with all levels within BPO Operations to develop and drive Quality business operations. o Develop strategic relations with customers and identify future opportunities. o Work towards team building and achieving high productivity and accountability.
