The role is responsible for providing high-quality support to both internal and external customers, ensuring that customer expectations are consistently met and exceeded. The ideal candidate will demonstrate a proven ability to work collaboratively while also being capable of operating independently. Job Duties and Responsibilities
Communicate effectively with AFC contacts, WWF teams, country teams, Finance & Accounting (F&A) teams, and Account Executives
Monitor workflow and plan work schedules based on volume and SLA requirements
Handle ad-hoc billing requests received from country teams
Follow up with country teams to ensure timely issue resolution
Identify training needs within the team and coordinate with the Supervisor to arrange required training sessions
Conduct monthly Product Knowledge tests for the entire team
Ensure full compliance with UPS policies, data security standards, and SOX compliance requirements
Perform additional tasks and responsibilities as assigned by the Team Lead, Supervisor, or Manager based on process needs
