5+ years of experience in FnA - GL activities o Review of Close functions, Balance Sheet analysis, complex Journals e.g. Revenue Recognition, Reporting, Dashboards, Open items resolution, Month Close meetings with Retained team, Training team members, daily reporting, continuous improvement o Excellent analytical and decision-making skills o Interaction with the client - Governance calls o SLA adherence o Functional working experience in ERPs like Oracle preferred.



Knowledge/Experience - o Expertise in Core Accounting like Balance sheet, Month close, tech, tools o Complex Accounting o Project Exp on Process Improvements o Excellent communication skills o MS Office skills
