F&A - Record-to-Report Tower Leader

CA(Chartered accountants with 15 - 20 years of relevant experience in MNC (BPO or Captive)
Key Responsibilities
Own end-to-end R2R processes: General Ledger, Intercompany, Payroll, Fixed Assets, Financial Close, and Reporting. Ensure compliance with
Accounting Standards (GAAP, IFRS)
and regulatory requirements. Strong exposure to ERPs like Oracle, SAP, HFM, BPC, Blackline, Azure, Power BI, Alteryx, etcSecondary Skills:
Strong domain knowledge in
Accounting Standards (GAAP, IFRS)
with priorBPO experience
. Hands-on exposure toERP platforms
(SAP ECC/S4HANA, Oracle, HFM, BPC) and tools likeBlackline, Azure, Power BI, Alteryx
. Excellentsoft skills
: stakeholder management, presentation, articulation, and multitasking. Proven experience inclient-facing roles, KPI governance, audits, and business contract management
. Expertise inproject management, transition, and process transformation initiatives
