Job Details: Ensures the internal quality of the deliverables against the SOW Implement quality assurance standards and procedures based on the bank QA process Good understanding of the Banking process and regulations Expertise in Root cause analysis & Exploratory Data Analysis Domain knowledge w.r.t AML areas of New customer onboarding due diligence, Periodic review processes and etc Monitoring the performance within the company against the KPI and SLA set Creating QA Reports and Dashboards Collect and compile statistical quality data Keeps a track of all the latest happenings in the Banking domain Conducts Quality audits and Controls Ensure that the feedback provided by the Bank Business leaders is reported to the management and has been addressed. Exposure to Quality processes and tools Helps in continuous improvement initiatives by providing suggestions and feedback Identify and capture errors and quality issues with the team and provide guidance for improvement. Job Requirements & Eligibility Criteria: Graduate (Any/preferred - Commerce background) with a minimum of 5+ years of work experience in an international BPO Banking Process Excellent communication skills with the ability to positively influence and work collaboratively with key stakeholders Flexible to work in Shift timings (UK shift timings) Analyzing data pertaining to Loan Portfolio, Non-performing Loans, Capital Adequacy, Off-balance sheet items Guarantees, Commitments, etc., for banking, non-banking, and commercial sector Internal and External Stakeholder Management skills Attention to details
