Key Responsibilities
Support annual budgeting, forecasting, and monthly planning cycles
Conduct variance analysis against budgets/forecasts and highlight key insights
Prepare accurate and timely management reports, MIS, and dashboards
Work closely with business teams to gather data and assist in financial decision-making
Support automation and reporting enhancements using Excel and Power BI
Assist in financial modelling, scenario planning, and performance analysis
Required Skills & Attributes
Strong understanding of FP&A processes such as budgeting, forecasting, and variance analysis
Advanced Excel skills; working knowledge of Power BI preferred
Good communication skills with a collaborative working approach
Strong analytical mindset with attention to detail
Ability to work in a structured, fast-paced, and deadline-driven environment
Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or related field
2-4 years of experience in FP&A, business finance, or financial analysis roles
