Position Overview

We are seeking

Analysts Finance & Accounting (AP/AR)

to join our Shared Services team. These roles are pivotal in managing day-to-day finance operations across

Accounts Payable and Accounts Receivable

, ensuring accuracy, timeliness, and compliance within a global shared services environment. You will play a key role in maintaining smooth

Procure-to-Pay (P2P)

and

Order-to-Cash (O2C)

cycles while contributing to process improvements and efficiency initiatives.

Compensation

range for this role is

6-6.6 LPA

and will be commensurate with the candidate's experience, skills, and qualifications

What You'll Do

Manage end-to-end

Accounts Payable (AP)

processes, including invoice receipt, validation, posting, and vendor payments. Oversee

Accounts Receivable (AR)

activities such as invoicing, collections, reconciliations, and AR aging analysis. Ensure compliance with company policies, accounting principles, and internal controls. Collaborate with vendors, clients, and internal stakeholders to resolve discrepancies and queries. Support

month-end and year-end close

activities, including accruals, reporting, and reconciliations. Contribute to automation and process improvement initiatives within Finance & Accounting Shared Services.

What You Bring

Bachelor's degree in commerce (B. Com) or MBA in Finance; CMA qualification is an advantage.

5+ years of experience

in Finance & Accounting (AP/AR) within a Shared Services environment. Hands-on experience with

NetSuite (Primary ERP)

; exposure to

MS Dynamics, Zoho Books, or QuickBooks Online (QBO)

preferred. Strong knowledge of

P2P and O2C cycles

, reconciliations, and financial controls. Excellent problem-solving skills, attention to detail, and ability to meet deadlines. Strong communication and collaboration skills in working with global teams.

Preferred Qualifications

Strong analytical skills and continuous improvement mindset. Experience working with legal or professional services firms will be an added advantage.
