Adapt teaching methods to suit the learning pace of persons with locomotor disability and speech/hearing impairment.
Conduct role-plays, demonstrations, and mock restaurant simulations to build real workplace experience.
Monitor trainee progress and provide individual support and feedback.
Maintain training documentation - attendance, lesson plans, assessments, and reports.
Collaborate with placement team to prepare students for interviews and job placements.
Promote an inclusive, respectful, and motivating learning environment.
Required Skills & Competencies:
Strong knowledge of
hospitality industry practices, food service, and customer interaction
.
Excellent communication skills in
English, Hindi, and Odia
(basic sign language skills will be an added advantage).
Hands-on experience with
F&B service, restaurant operations, or hotel management
.
Empathy, patience, and adaptability for working with persons with disabilities.
Computer literacy (MS Office, online training tools) preferred.
Qualifications & Experience:
Graduate/Diploma in
Hotel Management / Hospitality / F&B Service
.
2-3 years' industry experience
in hotels, restaurants, or hospitality service.
Prior experience as a
trainer
in skill development or hospitality training preferred.
Experience in working with
PwDs
will be an added advantage
