Job Title:- F&B (Food & Beverage) Trainer
Job Summary:
The F&B Trainer is responsible for training and developing hotel/restaurant staff in food and beverage service standards, customer handling, grooming, and operational procedures. The role ensures employees deliver consistent guest experiences in line with brand standards.
Key Responsibilities:-
Conduct induction training for new F&B staff (servers, bartenders, stewards, hosts, etc.).
Develop and deliver training modules on service etiquette, menu knowledge, up selling, hygiene, and safety.
Monitor staff performance during operations and provide on-the-job coaching.
Ensure compliance with food safety standards and SOP s.
Organize refresher courses to improve guest interaction, service speed, and product knowledge.
Work closely with F&B Managers and HR to identify training needs.
Maintain training records, assessments, and reports.
Assist in implementing brand-standard service guidelines.
Skills & Competencies:-
Strong knowledge of food & beverage operations.
Excellent communication and presentation skills.
Ability to train in both classroom and on-floor environments.
Good interpersonal, leadership, and motivational skills.
Knowledge of HA C C P, hygiene, and safety regulations.
Proficiency in MS Office (PowerPoint, Excel).
Educational & Professional Requirements:-
Degree/Diploma in Hotel Management or Hospitality.
Certification in F&B operations/training (preferred).
2-5 years of experience in F&B service, with at least 1 year in training or supervisory role.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
