Punnamada Resort, a premium heritage backwater resort in Alappuzha, is looking for an experienced and passionate

Food & Beverage Manager

to lead and manage all F&B operations and deliver exceptional guest experiences and also food and beverage asssistant and F & B server.

Key Responsibilities:

Oversee daily operations of restaurants, bars, banquets, and in-room dining Maintain high standards of food quality, service, and hygiene Coordinate with the Executive Chef for menu planning and costing Manage F&B budgets, inventory, and cost control Recruit, train, supervise, and motivate F&B team members Ensure guest satisfaction by handling feedback and complaints professionally Ensure compliance with food safety, hygiene, and resort policies

Qualifications & Requirements:

Minimum

5-8 years

of experience in F&B operations, preferably in a resort or luxury hotel Strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills Sound knowledge of food costing, budgeting, and inventory control Degree/Diploma in Hotel Management or Hospitality (preferred) Ability to work flexible hours and shifts
