Assist in daily F&B operations across outlets (restaurant & bar)
Supervise service staff and ensure guest satisfaction
Maintain hygiene, safety, and quality standards
Coordinate with kitchen and service teams for smooth operations
Monitor inventory and assist in ordering supplies
Support in staff training and performance monitoring
Handle guest queries, feedback, and complaints
Promote hotel offers and F&B specials
Key Requirements:
Degree/Diploma in Hotel Management.
Good communication and team handling skills
Basic knowledge of F&B service standards
Willingness to work in shifts/weekends
Energetic, customer-oriented, and well-groomed
