Role Summary
As a F&B Executive, you will be responsible for taking guest orders, coordinating with the kitchen, serving food, and ensuring a pleasant dining experience.
Key Responsibilities
? Welcome guests and take accurate food and beverage orders
? Communicate orders to the kitchen team promptly and clearly
? Serve food and beverages professionally and efficiently
? Maintain cleanliness and hygiene in the service area
? Build and maintain positive guest relationships
? Handle guest feedback or concerns with professionalism
? Assist in overall dining room upkeep and support team operations
Requirements
? Good spoken English is mandatory
? Strong communication and customer service skills
? Well-groomed, polite, and team-oriented
? Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
