Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced

EZLynx/AMS360 Data Migration Specialist

to support insurance agencies transitioning from EZLynx/AMS 360 and other agency management systems. This role focuses on

data extraction, cleanup, normalization, and migration readiness

to ensure a smooth and accurate transition.

This is an

excellent opportunity for someone with hands-on EZLynx/AMS360 experience

who understands insurance data structures and agency workflows.

Key Responsibilities

Perform

EZLynx/AMS360 data assessment and extraction

Clean, normalize, and validate client data prior to migration Resolve

duplicate customers, policies, and contacts

Prepare migration-ready files aligned with

AMS 360/Ezlynx data requirements

Collaborate with project teams and agency stakeholders Support data validation and post-migration reconciliation as needed Document data rules, assumptions, and exceptions

Required Qualifications

Must haveworking with EZLynx/AMS360 data Hands-on involvement in

EZLynx/AMS 360

(or similar AMS) migrations Strong understanding of

insurance agency data

(customers, policies, producers, carriers, commissions, etc.) Experience with

data cleanup, deduplication, and mapping

Strong Excel skills; SQL experience is a plus Excellent attention to detail and communication skills

Preferred Qualifications

Background in insurance agency operations Prior consulting or project-based experience Familiarity with migration best practices and validation processes

Contract / Part-time (with potential for ongoing work) Remote (US-based preferred) Flexible hours based on project needs

Pay: ?1,200.00 - ?2,000.00 per hour
