At EZ, we are looking for a Brand and communication Team lead to drive content strategy, uphold brand guidelines, and enhance internal and client-facing communication initiatives. Excellence in creative writing, brand management, and collaboration across teams is highly desired for joining our dynamic team.

Responsibilities:

1. Communication Design:

- Develop and execute comprehensive communication strategies to enhance brand visibility and reputation.

- Design and implement creative communication campaigns across various channels, including print, digital, and social media.

- Ensure consistency in messaging and branding across all communication materials.

2. Digital Marketing Management:

- Lead and manage the digital marketing team, including setting goals, providing guidance, and evaluating performance.

- Develop and implement digital marketing strategies to drive traffic, engagement, and conversion across all digital platforms.

- Oversee the planning and execution of digital marketing campaigns, including SEO/SEM, email marketing, social media marketing, and content marketing.

- Monitor and analyze digital marketing performance metrics, identify trends, and optimize strategies for maximum effectiveness.

- Stay updated on industry trends and best practices in digital marketing, communication design, and brand management.

Requirements:

- 3-4 years of experience in similar field

- Proven experience in content strategy and creative writing

- Strong brand management skills, ensuring consistency across communications

- Collaborative mindset, working effectively with cross-functional teams

- Familiarity with content optimization, staying updated on industry trends

- Exceptional attention to detail and high standards for quality assurance
