0-10 years (Freshers with training accepted)

Role Overview

The EYP Teacher will be responsible for nurturing, engaging, and teaching young learners in the early years age group. She will create a safe, stimulating, and child-centered learning environment that supports holistic development.

Key Responsibilities

Plan and deliver age-appropriate lessons and activities. Ensure a safe, caring, and inclusive classroom environment. Observe, record, and report children's progress. Engage children through storytelling, play-based learning, and experiential activities. Maintain communication with parents regarding child development. Participate in school events, meetings, and training sessions. Support children's social, emotional, cognitive, and physical development. Ensure hygiene, safety, and classroom discipline at all times.

Required Skills

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Warm, patient, and child-friendly personality. Creativity in planning learning activities. Classroom management skills. Ability to work collaboratively with staff and parents. Basic computer literacy (MS Office, digital tools).

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree (preferably in Early Childhood Education, Education, Psychology, or related fields). Montessori / ECCE / NTT certification preferred. Prior experience teaching young children is an added advantage.
