Job Title: EYP Homeroom Teacher - IGCSE School | Bengaluru
Location: Bengaluru, Karnataka
Experience: 2-3 Years
Qualification: NTT / B.Ed (Candidates from IB or Cambridge curriculum background preferred)
Salary: ?30,000 per month
Working Hours: 8:10 AM - 4:30 PM
Joining: Immediate joiners preferred
Job Responsibilities:
Serve as the primary Homeroom Teacher for Early Years Programme (EYP)
Create a child-centered, safe, and engaging learning environment
Plan and implement developmentally appropriate lesson plans aligned with the IB/Cambridge curriculum
Observe and assess student progress and maintain accurate records
Communicate effectively with parents regarding student development
Participate in school events, meetings, and professional development sessions
Foster social, emotional, and academic growth in young learners
Key Requirements:
Prior experience (2-3 years) as an EYP/Kindergarten teacher
Strong understanding of IB PYP or Cambridge early years teaching standards
Excellent communication and classroom management skills
Passion for early childhood education and student well-being
