Design, plan and facilitate high quality units to suit the individual needs of all students in line with the curriculum. Create engaging play-based learning experiences that foster exploration, imagination, and discovery. Use best practices and techniques from Montessori, Waldorf, Reggio Emilia methods of learning Use provocations, sensory activities, and inquiry corners to stimulate curiosity and communication. Create challenging and engaging learning opportunities for all students Contribute to the extra-curricular activities programme and participate in school activities such as assemblies, activities and conferences Observe individual developmental stages and adapt teaching to meet diverse needs and interests. Ensure an inclusive, nurturing classroom where each child feels safe, valued, and empowered to participate. Provide regular feedback to families about children's progress and next steps through portfolios, meetings, and informal communication. Maintain well-organized, safe, and stimulating indoor and outdoor learning spaces that encourage independence and exploration. Maintain strict adherence to all documentation required for lesson planning and the timelines for the same. Collaborate with other teachers to share new ideas, approaches and professional knowledge Strictly adhere to deadlines and make timely submissions of all documentations required as instructed by your coordinator Prepare the classroom space to reflect the unit of inquiry Use appropriate formative and summative assessments to plan for the differing needs of learners in the class Appreciate, encourage and practice curiosity, questioning/inquiry and creativity in the classroom Be open-minded to new ideas and approach unfamiliarity with an attitude of 'why not' Participate in all the professional development requirements Mindfully inculcate personal and social wellness for all students Work in collaboration with parents and the PYP Coordinator to devise Individual Education Plan, where necessary, for students Use differentiated instructions and cater to the learning needs of all members of the learning community Uphold the school's code of conduct, guidelines laid out in various policy documents in a supportive manner Ensure all members of the learning community are treated with respect at all times

Additional Responsibilities:

You will undertake additional responsibilities and committee roles as assigned by the management.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹13,165.40 - ₹36,930.54 per month
