Job Description

Lash technicians have a wide range of responsibilities, which can include: Providing clients with post-treatment care instructions, such as not rubbing or touching the eyes for a specified period of time after treatment has been provided Following all state regulations regarding sterilization and disinfection procedures for equipment and supplies Discussing clients' options for lash styles that best suit their facial features and preferences Maintaining cleanliness at all times to prevent exposure to infections and other harmful conditions Providing information about aftercare products and how to use them properly Providing information about post-treatment care, such as how long results should last or what to do if an infection occurs Cleaning clients' eyelashes with an antimicrobial solution prior to application Applying eyelash extensions using methods such as gluing individual synthetic lashes one by one to existing lashes with a specialized adhesive
