Key Responsibilities
:
Eyelash Extension Services
:
Perform eyelash extension applications, including classic, volume, hybrid, and mega volume lashes.
Ensure proper consultation with clients to understand their desired lash look and provide professional advice on lash care.
Maintain a high level of precision and attention to detail to ensure clients' lashes are comfortable, safe, and beautiful.
Provide lash fills and removals when needed, maintaining lash health and integrity.
Offer after-care instructions and product recommendations to clients.
Client Interaction
:
Greet clients with a warm and friendly demeanor, ensuring they feel comfortable and relaxed throughout the session.
Listen to client preferences and customize lash designs to suit their eye shape, lifestyle, and personal style.
Ensure excellent communication with clients to maintain a high level of satisfaction and encourage repeat visits.
Hygiene and Safety
:
Adhere to strict hygiene standards by sterilizing all tools and keeping the workspace clean and organized.
Follow all safety protocols to ensure the health and safety of the client and their natural lashes.
Use high-quality products and materials to provide the best lash experience.
Industry Knowledge
:
Stay up to date with the latest eyelash extension techniques, trends, and products to offer cutting-edge services.
Continuously develop your skill set through training and research on lash styles, designs, and industry innovations.
Salon Collaboration
:
Work effectively with other beauty professionals in the salon to ensure smooth operations and excellent service.
Assist in maintaining a clean and inviting salon environment.
Inventory Management
:
Help with tracking inventory of eyelash products and ensure that all supplies are stocked and available.
Notify the salon manager about product shortages or required replenishments.
Required Skills and Qualifications
:
Proven experience as an
Eyelash Artist
or Lash Technician in a professional beauty setting.
Proficiency in a range of eyelash extension techniques (classic, volume, hybrid, etc.).
Certification in Eyelash Extensions or a related beauty qualification is preferred.
Strong knowledge of lash aftercare and lash health.
Excellent communication skills and a strong customer service focus.
Ability to create customized lash designs tailored to individual client needs.
Attention to detail and precision in application.
A passion for beauty, creativity, and helping clients feel their best.
High standards of cleanliness and hygiene practices.
Preferred Skills
:
Experience in advanced lash techniques, such as lash lifts or brow services (a plus).
Ability to upsell aftercare products, including eyelash serums and maintenance kits.
Knowledge of luxury service standards and handling high-end clientele.
