Job Description

Responsibilities:

Prepare and maintain a clean, sterile operation theatre. Sterilize and arrange ophthalmic instruments and equipment. Assist surgeons during eye surgeries (cataract, retina, glaucoma, etc.). Operate and check OT devices such as microscopes and phaco machines. Ensure patient positioning and pre-operative readiness. Maintain sterilization logs, inventory, and equipment condition. Follow infection-control and hospital safety protocols.
Requirements:

Diploma in Operation Theatre Technology (DOTT) or equivalent. Experience in eye OT preferred; freshers with training may apply. Knowledge of ophthalmic instruments and aseptic techniques. Good teamwork, attention to detail, and communication skills.

Pay: ₹11,300.00 - ₹15,000.00 per month
