Post - Eye Counsellor

Location - Saraswati Netralaya, Randhir Lane, near Dayal Singh Collage, Karnal, Haryana 132001

Experience- Atleast 2 Years of Eye counselling

Educate patients and their families about eye conditions, diagnostic tests, treatment options, and surgical procedures (e.g., cataract, glaucoma, LASIK). Counsel patients on pre-operative preparation and post-operative care, medication usage, and follow-up visits. Address patient concerns and queries, helping them make informed decisions. Support in obtaining informed consent for surgeries or special procedures. Coordinate with doctors, nurses, and front office staff to ensure smooth patient flow. Maintain accurate patient counselling records and update databases or EMR systems. Promote services like opticals, pharmacy, or surgical packages, where applicable. Follow up with patients who postpone or miss procedures to provide reassurance and reschedule when appropriate. Assist with financial counselling (e.g., packages, insurance coverage).

Pay: ?15,000.00 - ?30,000.00 per month
