Job Summary:
We are seeking an Informatica MDM SaaS Developer with 3-7 years of relevant MDM experience to join our innovative team. The ideal candidate will possess a comprehensive understanding of Informatica SaaS solutions, including C360, P360, B360, CDI, CAI, and Multidomain MDM and integration with legacy ERP systems. The role requires a visionary professional who is up-to-date with the latest functionalities released by Informatica and current trends in the Data Management space. The candidate will be instrumental in propelling our projects to new heights of technical excellence, ensuring that our solutions are not only cutting-edge but also meet the highest standards of quality and performance. Should have knowledge of Clinical Data Experience (Pharma Domain).
Key Responsibilities:

• Lead the architectural design and strategic implementation of Informatica MDM SaaS solutions, including C360, P360, B360, CDI, CAI, and Multidomain MDM.
• Manage the development and deployment of Informatica SaaS Business 360 applications, ensuring seamless integration with existing ERP systems, should have experience with API based integrations, tokenization, must have strong SQL hands-on experience.
• Provide expert-level technical guidance in Informatica SaaS CDI to enhance data integration and management processes.
• Should have built orchestration Jobs in CAI and able to guide the team on CAI jobs design, setting up parameters, deep understanding on known issues and constraints from Informatica.
• Worked with publishing events and should be able to egress data in real-time and batch.
• Should be able to integrate with third party enrichment services like DnB and Address Doctor.
• Work collaboratively with cross-functional teams to define and analyse requirements for complex data management projects.
• Create and maintain comprehensive technical documentation for all solutions implemented.
• Troubleshoot and resolve intricate technical issues related to Informatica SaaS applications.
• Educate and mentor junior developers, promoting adherence to best practices and technical excellence.
• Stay informed about the latest releases and functionalities from Informatica, as well as broader trends in the Data Management industry.
• Ensure strict compliance with data governance and security policies across all initiatives.
• Optimize the performance and scalability of data management solutions to meet evolving business needs.
• Engage with stakeholders to ensure projects are delivered on schedule and within budget constraints.

Essential Qualifications:

• In-depth knowledge of Informatica MDM SaaS components, including C360, P360, B360, CDI, CAI, and Multidomain MDM.
• Expertise in integrating MDM solutions with legacy ERP systems and API based integrations.
• Strong problem-solving skills to address complex technical issues effectively.
• Excellent communication abilities to facilitate collaboration with team members and stakeholders.
• Proficiency in developing and maintaining technical documentation.
• Proven experience in mentoring and leading development teams.
• A proactive approach to staying updated with the latest Informatica releases and Data Management trends.
• A track record of delivering high-quality solutions that meet or exceed business needs.
• Analytical skills to effectively gather and interpret project requirements.
