Job Summary:

Bhalla International, a leading global manufacturer of sports equipment under the brand name VINEX, is seeking an experienced

PVC Fabrication Extrusion Supervisor

to oversee day-to-day operations of our PVC extrusion and fabrication line. The ideal candidate will be responsible for ensuring production efficiency, product quality, equipment performance, and team supervision in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.

Key Responsibilities:

Supervise and lead the PVC extrusion team to meet daily production targets. Ensure adherence to safety and quality standards throughout the extrusion and fabrication processes. Monitor extrusion machinery and make necessary adjustments to maintain product specifications. Conduct quality checks and ensure finished products meet customer and industry standards. Coordinate with maintenance staff for timely upkeep and repair of machines. Train new operators and improve skills of existing team members. Maintain accurate records of production, downtime, and material usage. Drive continuous improvement initiatives for process optimization and waste reduction.

Qualifications and Skills:

Diploma or ITI in Mechanical, Plastic Engineering, or related field (preferred). Minimum 3-5 years of supervisory experience in PVC extrusion manufacturing unit. Strong knowledge of PVC processing parameters and troubleshooting techniques. Proven leadership skills with the ability to manage and motivate a team. Hands-on experience with extrusion machines, fabrication tools, and measuring instruments. Good communication, problem-solving, and organizational skills.

Competitive salary based on experience + benefits as per company policy.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ?25,000.00 - ?30,000.00 per month
