The Extrusion Operator will be responsible for assisting in the operation and monitoring of extrusion machines used in producing rPET (Recycled PET) food-grade granules. The role is suitable for fresher candidates interested in learning the manufacturing process, quality standards, and machine operation.
Key Responsibilities:
Assist in setting up and operating extrusion machines under supervision.
Feed raw materials (PET flakes) into the extruder as per production instructions.
Monitor temperature, pressure, and machine parameters during operation.
Support in adjusting machi ne settings to maintain product quality.
Collect and check samples at regular intervals for quality consistency.
Maintain cleanliness around the machine area and follow 5S standards.
Follow safety guidelines, use PPE, and comply with company SOPs.
Record production data such as quantity produced, waste generated, and downtime.
Coordinate with the quality and maintenance teams for smooth operations.
Qualification & Skills:
Minimum Diploma in Mechanical
Basic understanding of mechanical or production processes.
Knowledge in PLC (preferred)
Eagerness to learn extrusion and plastic processing operations.
Good observation and problem-solving attitude.
Ability to work in shifts.
Work Environment:
Factory-based job with continuous machine operations.
Work in a team environment under supervision.
