Job Summary

We are looking for

CIPET freshers

to join our

Extrusion Department

. The candidate will be trained in

plastic extrusion processes

, machine operations, process parameter control, quality inspection, and production support to ensure efficient and consistent output.

Key Responsibilities

Assist in operating

extrusion machines

(Single Screw / Twin Screw) Support production of

pipes, sheets, films, profiles, or compounding materials

Monitor and control

process parameters

such as temperature, pressure, screw speed, and line speed Ensure

product quality

as per specifications and standards Conduct

in-process quality checks

and basic material testing Identify and report

process deviations and defects

Support

startup, shutdown, and changeover

activities Maintain production and quality

records and documentation

Follow

safety procedures, 5S, and ISO quality systems

Coordinate with maintenance and quality teams for smooth operations
Skills & Knowledge Required

Basic understanding of

extrusion process and polymer materials

Knowledge of

raw material handling, drying, and blending

Familiarity with

extrusion defects

(die lines, melt fracture, thickness variation, etc.) Ability to read

process sheets and SOPs

Basic knowledge of

measuring instruments

and testing equipment Willingness to work in

rotational shifts

Good communication and teamwork skills
Preferred Skills (Added Advantage)

Hands-on exposure to

extrusion machines during CIPET training

Knowledge of

PVC, HDPE, LDPE, PP, PET

materials Awareness of

calibration, cooling systems, and downstream equipment

Basic computer knowledge (Excel, production reporting)
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent, Fresher

Pay: ?15,000.00 - ?25,000.00 per month
