Extruder Operator - Aqua Feed Plant

2-5 years (Extruder operation preferred)

Qualification:

ITI / Diploma / 10th-12th with relevant experience

Role Overview

We are looking for an

Extruder Operator

with hands-on experience in operating aqua feed extruders. The role involves controlling extrusion parameters, maintaining feed quality, performing routine maintenance, and ensuring safe and continuous production.

Key Responsibilities

Operate

Aqua Feed Extruder

as per production plan Set and monitor

extrusion parameters

(temperature, pressure, moisture, RPM) Ensure required

feed quality

(floating/sinking, expansion, durability) Perform

start-up, shutdown, and changeovers

Carry out

routine cleaning and first-level maintenance

Identify and report

abnormal sounds, vibrations, or breakdowns

Coordinate with

Shift Incharge & Maintenance team

Maintain

extruder logs, production, and downtime records

Follow

safety, SOPs, hygiene, and 5S practices

Minimize

raw material wastage and downtime

Skills & Requirements

Good knowledge of

extruder machine & components

(Screw, Barrel, Die, Cutter, Gearbox, Steam conditioning) Experience in

Fish Feed / Shrimp Feed / Floating Feed plants

preferred Basic understanding of

mechanical maintenance

Ability to work in

rotational shifts

Physically fit for plant operations

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
