Plastic Cable Industry

Profile - Extruder Operator (2)

Qualification - ITI / Diploma- Mechanical, Automobile, Fitter

Experience - 2-5 years as an Extruder Operator in plastic, cable, rubber, or related industry.

Salary - Upto 70k CTC + Accommodation + Subsidiary Food

Location - UAE (Ajman, Doha, Ras Al, Riyadh)

Key Responsibilities

Set up and operate extrusion machines as per production requirements.

Monitor machine parameters (temperature, pressure, speed, feed rate) and make necessary adjustments.

Load raw materials into the extruder and ensure proper blending and feeding.

Perform in-process checks to maintain product quality, dimensions, and surface finish.

Troubleshoot minor machine issues and escalate complex problems to maintenance.

Maintain production logs, machine performance records, and shift reports.

Ensure proper cleaning and preventive maintenance of extrusion equipment.

Follow safety guidelines and maintain a clean, organized work area.

Support continuous improvement initiatives for productivity and waste reduction.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹50,000.00 - ₹60,000.00 per month
