? Set machine parameters such as temperature, speed, pressure, and die settings
? Ensure continuous production with minimum downtime and wastage
? Perform basic troubleshooting and coordinate with maintenance for major issues
? Conduct in-process quality checks as per specifications
? Maintain production records, logs, and job cards
? Follow safety rules, SOPs, and housekeeping standards (5S)
? Assist in material loading, changeovers, and start-up/shutdown activities
